1. Services

Tidy Work Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning in St. Cloud and the surrounding Central Minnesota communities. That includes recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, interior window cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces, medical and dental offices, schools and daycares, restaurants, and property common areas.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. Work outside an agreed scope requires approval and may result in additional charges. We may decline or stop work involving unsafe conditions, active infestations, bodily fluids, needles, hazardous chemicals, mold, excessive biohazards, structural risks, aggressive animals, or illegal activity unless qualified service has been separately arranged.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimation and are not binding unless provided in writing. Pricing may be revised when the property condition, size, requested tasks, access, or required labor differs significantly from the information provided.

Pricing depends on factors including the size and condition of the property, the tasks requested, service frequency, the number of rooms and bathrooms, pets, access, travel, and estimated labor time.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payment is handled outside the website.

Payment terms are stated in the quote or service agreement. Residential payment may be due upon completion. Commercial customers may be invoiced under approved written terms. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Waiting time caused by access problems may be chargeable. Keys, entry codes, and alarm information are used only for business purposes and handled according to agreed procedures.

Customers must disclose pets and secure any animal that may create a safety concern, interfere with cleaning, or escape during entry and exit. Customers should also secure cash, jewelry, medications, important documents, firearms, and irreplaceable items, and identify fragile or unstable items before service.

Where possible, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, lockouts, and same-day schedule changes may be subject to a fee stated in the service agreement.

5. Quality Concerns and Damage

If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. We will review the concern against the agreed scope and determine an appropriate next step, which may include clarification of the scope, a return visit, a service credit, or another reasonable remedy.

Suspected damage should be reported promptly. We will review the circumstances, service records, and property condition. Normal wear, pre-existing damage, unstable items, and manufacturer defects may not be the responsibility of the company.

6. Privacy

Information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by Tidy Work Cleaning Services LLC or used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided as is unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee particular outcomes or timelines unless those have been explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of this website means you accept the current version.
